Rising New York Road Runners!!

The Mikes are back at it again, bringing a special extra episode to shine some light on another awesomely free resource to keep kids fit, healthy and active.  Cliff Sperber (New York Road Runners) and Nathan O'Reilly (NYC Dept of Ed) join the show to talk about how easily the Rising New York Road Runners program is to implement in schools either in PE or as a stand alone club/activity.  Whether you're passionate about running yourself or just looking for more FREE ways to get students excited about being fit, healthy and active, this is a show you won't want to miss.
